Refund policy

1) Overview
All our products are carefully handcrafted and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
Due to the nature of artisanal work and handcrafted textiles, slight variations in color, print alignment, weave, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/print, or incorrect size selection.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
You receive the wrong item (different from what was ordered).
The item has a major manufacturing defect that affects its usability.
The item is damaged in transit (verified upon delivery).
2) How to Report an Issue
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp ‪(+971-552507262‬) or email contact.neelaghar@gmail.com .
Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and packaging (outer and inner).
For damage claims, we recommend also sending a short unboxing video for faster resolution.
3) Resolution Process
Once we verify the issue:
Replacement – We will arrange to replace the item with the same product (subject to availability).
Refund – If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will process a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.
4) Important Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Any claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Replacement or refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable).
5) Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or made-to-order products
Fabric cut by the meter once cut or opened
Sale/clearance items
Gift cards or vouchers
Any item showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
6) International Orders
For international shipments, duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for sending the item back and covering shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
